Model Home Design: Kavanaugh

Project Overview

The Kavanaugh model is a Traditional style home but with a contemporary spin. With over 4,000 sf, the home is situated just outside of Columbus, OH, perfect for any young professional family. There is plenty of room for growth between the 4-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms.

The goal of this model was to show how comfortable and engaging a Showcase home could be for a younger family. Classic furnishings combined with playful colors and clean lines set the perfect tone. The Kavanagh was an instant hit with the target demographic.
